Success begins when you step out of your comfort zone

I get the chance to meet so many people from different places and a uniform observation I notice is how we all have dreams and yet only a few of us get to fulfil them. We see successful people who have made it, innovators getting their creations reproduced and we see people overflowing with wealth and abundance and we are left with one question in mind “how did they do it?”

People react differently to witnessing other people succeed, some would feel genuine happiness and get a sense of inspiration. When you are inspired by someone’s success, you figure out how it was possible to gain success, you mimic what they do down to their morning routines and you start embracing habits that you know will help you to excel as others did.

That says a lot about what type of person you are and it shows how involved you are in shaping your own future. It proves how you are literally taking your destiny by the hands and molding it into your desired outcome.

Unfortunately, we also witness a different type of reaction from other people. We see people get envious of others. We see them complain and rationalize that other people’s success is just a matter of luck, being born with the right genes. If you are this type of person or if you know anyone who responds like this, remember that it is not too late to turn things around.

It is mostly due to a certain feeling of powerlessness, you feel like the world is out to get you. You can come up with a long list of reasons why the world, its communities, its industries, its people are working against you. But the truth is, the world is just operating as it does day by day, it doesn’t care about how you do things and yet you succumb to this feeling of defeat and you find a small corner where you can hide and exist in mediocrity.

I am not here to lecture you on how you are wrong and how I am right. I am here to remind you that you can do exactly what these successful people are doing and wallowing in self pity is not one of them and neither is complaining of all the discomforts you feel.
