To eat or not to eat meat?

“To eat or not to eat meat?” and why more vegetables can give you bigger muscles than animal proteins?

So let’s start with the apparently confusing matter of “to eat meat or not to eat meat”?

For almost forty years, I had believed, like most of you, that eating animal proteins is essential for our health, in particular, for the strength of our muscles and the health of our bones.

However, when I crossed the 30-40 age box, I became acutely aware that my lifestyle was making me sick and age.

To my greatest surprise, by removing animal products from my diet all my health problems disappeared, even those who had been my constant companions for the last thirty years.
